It's called the hammerlock position and is indeed the police arrest hold. She was basically a teenage girl making an arrest on her fellow male classmate against his will.
If a girl ever gets your arm pinned behind your back like this you are finished, theres nothing you can do. Its easy for her now to pin your other arm behind your back the you are completely he helpless & at her mercy. If a girl ever did that to me I'd feel so "emasculated" I'd have to jerk off every time I thought about it. lol
Is that legal in high school wrestling? It looks like a police arrest hold!
